Chat and Negotiate
Message the traveler directly on the platform. Agree on price, dates, and what you are sending.

Complete the Forms
Both parties fill in a secure consignment form. A photo of the item is taken as proof.

Confirm Delivery
The recipient receives a 6-digit code by SMS. They give it to the traveler at handover to confirm delivery.
